Unlike a regular group fitness class, CrossFit is individual coaching in a group setting. Locomotion Fitness will help you improve all aspects of your fitness so you can do more of the things you love.

We’re expert fitness coaches and our job is to ensure you’re constantly improving. Workouts are altered for each participant’s capabilities and goals. Each class will bring a new challenge and keep you engaged.

Class is an hour long and consists of a general warm up, stretching and mobility work, skill development and drills, the workout of the day, cool down, and mindset coaching.
