I am so happy I joined Locomotion Fitness! This is my first Crossfit experience and have been going there for 3 months now. I am a 36 year old woman, and was not super active, and I INSTANTLY fell in love with coming here. I have never felt better! Each class I have been to over the past 3 months has been different and exciting to experience. The classes are 100% coached so you never feel out of place or incompetent. It makes you feel like you are getting 1 on 1 training.
The facility is great, my fellow members are amazing, loving, and fun(ny) 🙂 , and the coaches are TOP NOTCH!

I can’t tell everyone how much I love, love, love this place. Coach Jay and Emma and all of the other coaches have such an amazing attitude and they are the one’s at the end of the day that make this place so special. They are truly awesome coaches and they are super knowledgeable when it comes to fitness. I’ll even admit that the biggest highlight of my day is being able to come in here for a workout. My boyfriend has been trying to get me to join Crossfit for nearly 2 years and because I made him try my old work out class, I agreed to come to Crossfit with him. I’ve never looked back. Coach Jay is the nicest, caring, intelligent fitness coach I’ve experienced. I’ve never come into contact with someone who can scale any and every movement (Barbell, dumbbell, jump rope, rope climbs, running, etc) to ANY person’s fitness level. Its amazing! Working out at Locomotion with Jay and Emma has been the bright spot to my 2017! The sense of community is overwhelming in a GREAT way! I love going to class whereas I used to dread going to workout.
