Strategy and Briefing:
Quality is the focus on any bodybuilding session, in order to optimally engage the correct muscles. Build quickly to your initial set of 10, then take longer rests between sets. Pause each rep at the top, to show control & stay under control. Every rep should look exactly the same. Only add weight if you can maintain this quality throughout the set. The last set of each exercise should be close to a technical max. The row bouts are completely different. Hit the first set at MAX effort. Rest as needed to recover & repeat. Take deep breaths during the rest, and walk around to help facilitate recovery. Expect to take longer rests as you get deeper into the sets.
