While one partner works the other must Hold a Plank, Deadhang or Wall Sit. One partner does an entire round before switching.
Strategy and Briefing:
With both partners constantly working coordination will be essential in today’s Breathe & Burn Workout. Move at a good clip while knocking out rounds, so that your partner doesn’t have to hold a Plank, Deadhang or Wall Sit too long. Stay unbroken on both the Pullups & Front Squats, with some urgency getting into the Burpees. Keep your breathing consistent throughout each round AND whenever you are in a hold while your partner works. Be aware of what your partner is doing — reps count ONLY if your partner remains in the hold.
