Strategy and Briefing

Full Body Burn Workouts often fall into this rep scheme for a simple reason: intensity.  With the reps dropping each round, maintain your pace until the end by careful pacing.  High quality movement is required. Unbroken sets on the SDHP are preferable, but break them up as necessary to maintain quality & pace. Move consistently through the Burpees, focusing on breathing. As you finish each movement, feel some urgency getting into the next set.  Expect the hurt to start around half way through the round of 15 … but at that point you’re almost done. Push through and finish strong in the round of 9.
