At Loco we focus on training for life outside the gym and that means being ready for just about anything because life is… interesting. Finding balance among these 10 areas of fitness will make you feel superhuman. Imagine being strong, fast, coordinated and flexible… it’s possible if you trust the program. We have multiple class types and personal training so we can hit all these areas. The Loco Way, our training methodology, is designed to develop you across the spectrum of the 10 General Physical Skills. Your coaches give you recommendations to try different classes or personal training to keep you progressing, listen to them!
