Strategy and Briefing:
Our Burn & Brace workout today will yield a mixed bag of feelings. The major limiter is the Ring Dips. Move at test quality — DO NOT force poor quality reps for a higher score. Your Deadlifts should be smooth but tough throughout, with the last set being challenging. Don’t look to hit a max 5 rep. Hit the Sled with some urgency, but not at max effort. A max effort bout on the Sled would leave you in a tough spot on the Ring Dips.
