Strategy and Briefing:
Short rounds, like the ones in this Breathe & Burn workout, over a moderate-to-long time can spell disaster. This is due to mispacing — unintentionally sprinting the first half of the workout, then falling off in the second half. Start at a smooth & steady pace, with constant breathing. Keep sets unbroken throughout, but take a few moments between sets to control pacing. Hold your L-sit only as long as you can maintain a perfect, solid position. Break as needed to keep quality high. Don’t rush as you’ll need your breath to stay tight on the L-sits.
Goal: 7+ Rounds
