Strategy and Briefing:
Break up movements early & often in today’s Muscular Burn workout — specifically the Ring Dips & TtB. These movements will feel good at the beginning, but can fatigue fast. Don’t get close to failure on either of these movements. Stay consistent & unbroken through the Box Jumps & Wallballs. Keep your breathing consistent on these sets, to get started on the next set right away.
