Strategy and Briefing:
In this Muscular Burn workout, break up the reps however you want. Best strategy: break reps up into rounds, and stick to it. Choose manageable sets that will be easy to sustain. If you get fatigued too early, drop the reps down to a consistent pace. Be especially careful with Pushups — these can fail out of nowhere. As soon as you finish accumulating your reps, get right to the 800m run. Given that breathing shouldn’t be taxed in the accumulation phase, push the pace here.
