LOCO ANNOUNCEMENT

The new schedule starts TOMORROW!

 

WOD

A)  Snatch Balance Skill

Work on the skill of Snatch Balance

B)  Front Squat/Overhead Squat/Snatch Balance

Work to a Heavy Snatch Balance + 2 OHS

Scale to Front Squat or OHS as needed.

Level Consideration:  Front Squat, Weightlifting

Strategy and Briefing:  

You get to decide whether you want to bias your training towards learning a new skill or if you’re better served improving a skill you already have.  Each is important and you should choose based on your training goals, as well as how well recovered you are form the long weekend.

Goal: Learn a new movement, or go heavy on a familiar one.
