Strategy and Briefing

The peculiar movements in this Breathe & Burn Workout will require focus. Take your time on these movements,  so you don’t get out of position or rhythm. Keep all sets unbroken throughout, except for the final Press rep:  use that final Press to get into the Lunges (disregard for Levels doing non-overhead lunges).  Move at a steady pace on the run,  and be ready to start the Presses right away.  Keep the breathing consistent throughout, and take a few deep breaths before starting each Plate movement.
