Strategy and Briefing

Filthy Fifty is a classic, but many people should have approached it differently. Think about the workout as a whole — not about just one movement at a time.  Move at a steady pace throughout each movement, and break them up as needed. Don’t go for big sets on the early movements. Breathing should remain in rhythm with the movement,  to support the pace. Remember that this is a long workout, and time is on your side.
