Strategy and Briefing

Partner workouts are all about planning & communication. You may split these reps up however you want throughout the workout, except the run. Keep sets small & manageable, to avoid fatige. With a difficult movement like Medball Cleans, have the more competent partner take a few extra reps to keep things moving. Take your time with this movement & do not rush, with poor technique. The Box Stepups will make or break this workout. Adding any weight to this exercise makes it devastating to the legs — and with the run following this can be a factor. Take your time here, and break them up into small sets between you and your partner.
