Tomorrow will be the only weird day as we get everything online setup to launch on Wednesday! COaches will reach out tomorrow for a quick check in, but they won’t be delivering the workout of the day until Wednesday.
For tomorrow:
Warm Up:
Sit in the Bottom of the squat for 1 min, feel out your hips and ankles.
Then do 3 rounds not for time of:

8 Slow Air Squats
8 Leg Swings ea/s/way
8 Slow Anchored Situps
6 Pushups to Chair/Table”
Then Conditioning:
15 minutes
10-20-30-40…etc
• Front Step Lunges
10 Pushups
30sec Plank
10-20-30-40…etc

Cool Down:
Pigeon for 2 min on each side!
