Note that we have opened zoom class up in ZenPlanner, so please reserve your spot if you are interested and can make it! You will be getting a call (or at least a text to setup a call for tomorrow) from a coach TODAY (3/17) to get you all setup for your online coaching experience! If you get a call from a number you don’t recognize consider answering so we can get some info to customize your training for the foreseeable future! You will hear from a coach somewhere between 2 and 5 times per week depending on your membership and the initial conversation we have! We are here to hold you accountable and ensure the workout is PERFECT for your goals!
