5 ways to Save Money and Prioritize Health

The cost of living is going through the roof right now! What can you do to save money and still stay healthy? Prioritize healthy foods over eating out and drinking alcohol.  Don’t think ‘all or nothing’- just scale down if necessary. Use your legs for transportation instead of driving when you can. Try some new brands and explore the store/less expensive brands. Do things you love that don’t cost money- have a game night or read a book!
