Walking into a new gym can be intimidating, especially for people newer to training. Stepping out of your comfort zone turns your brain into a story telling machine:

“Will these new people be nice?”

“They’re all going to judge me for how I look.”

“I don’t even know where to start, what if I do something wrong?”

Those thoughts are all super normal, but we promise there’s nothing scary in here and you’ll quickly see those thoughts are unfounded.  Once you walk through that door the only thing we care about is helping you move forward.
