How and Why you Should be Strength Training- Part 1
As science progresses humans are living longer and longer lives. I imagine, in the not so distant future, we’ll see people as old as 150. However, even as the length of our lives increases chronic disease is at an all time high.
What I fear is living to 130 but being diagnosed with some terrible disease that takes my independence at 80. That’s 50 years of nursing home slop, someone else wiping my butt, and boredom. No thanks.
