HERE'S WHAT'S HAPPENING IN OUR COMMUNITY!
:Now I see how approachable CrossFit really is. I’ve found that it is not as complicated or hard as it looks, and I understand how scale-able it is to everyone’s personal fitness levels.
I feel like I have several bright spots a week, as corny as that sounds. As hard as it is, I still feel like I’m successful at least a few times a week. I feel like I’m working hard but I’m also progressing.
The needs of a D1 collegiate athlete and my 72 year old mother vary by degree, not kind. They both need to squat, press, and hinge because they both need to function in the real world (a squat is just sitting down in a chair and standing back up again).
The proof is there. You know that saying, “it works if you work it?” Well it’s true. Stick with our program, follow the guidelines, and you’ll see the results. Just look at these happy, shiny, people!
Talking about getting stronger is a great first step, but doing the work is what matters most. I’m betting you’re interested in getting stronger, but you’re just not sure where to start. Enter our free 12 Week Strength Training Template.
How are we different from Crunch, Planet Fitness, or even other CrossFit affiliates? Every decision we make is based on our Core Values: Energize, Educate, Empower, and Elevate.
A linear progression will take you a LONG way in developing strength. It serves as the foundation upon which athleticism and fitness are built. More importantly everyday tasks like carrying your kids or your groceries gets a heck of a lot easier. Most important of all, it keeps you out of the nursing home.
