DROP-INS

We love visitors and welcome you to train with us for a ‘drop-in’ whether you’re from out of town or just popping into a single class to try something new!

Anyone is welcome to drop-in to a Yoga or Boot Camp class anytime, but you must sign up in advance!!  Register below!

CrossFit Drop-Ins:

To ensure a positive experience for Locomotion’s valued members and a safe visit for drop-in athletes, we require the following:

-You must be an experienced member of another licensed CrossFit Affiliate (3 months minimum, proficient in all foundational movements)
-Registration must be completed online in advance.

**We reserve the right to turn away any person we think is not experienced enough to safely participate in any class**
