Our new fall schedule for Bootcamp & CrossFit will launch on September 6th, following the Labor Day holiday weekend. Check out the flyer below for the full schedule!
Included in this change, we’ll now be offering a 7:45am Bootcamp class on Tuesdays and Fridays – the perfect time to come in and sweat between school drop-off and starting your day! We’ll also be splitting our Friday evening combo class into one 4:15pm Bootcamp AND one 5:30pm CrossFit offers. Finally, Saturday class caps for CrossFit and Bootcamp will be increased to 20 members.
Not included on this flyer, we’ll be offering additional yoga classes on operating Saturdays! When Jess C. is teaching, you’ll see both a Power and Flow class. When Jess J. is teaching, you’ll see both a Flow and a Rest & Recover class!
