Loco Announcement:

We are launching Dumbbells and Diapers to the public when I return from the games next week.
I have no doubt it’s going to sell out quickly once we do. I’m letting you guys know about it now so you can be sure to get a spot if you want it before we go public.
This is a bring your kid (2 and under) post-partum class run by Pre and Post Partum athleticism certified Coach Christy. It will be in the AC at the new space!

A)  Every 30 sec for 10 min
1 Power Snatch Starting at 70%
B)  3 Rounds for Time
48 Double unders
9 Hang Power Snatches (95/65)
12 Burpee over Bar
Workout Goal: Sub 9 Min
Strategy & Briefing
Smooth & unbroken here: push the pace from the start, but no rush. Smooth is fast, especially with a movement like Snatches. Rushing a set with suspect technique will cost more time later, with fatigue, then it will save in the moment. Take a few deep breaths before starting a set, but once started, go straight through. From the start, this will be uncomfortable — hold the fast pace you began with. It will be over before you know it!
