The heat is coming, make sure you’re prepared! Being dehydrated can be dangerous and detrimental to both life and training.  It’s not enough to just bring your bottle to training and top up when you feel thirsty- you need to plan ahead and make sure to drink enough for your own body mass.  How do we do this in the best way?
