I’m Working out SO HARD and not seeing RESULTS

Do you know what they are? Have you looked at another pillar that might be lacking? When we stall mentally, we stall physically.  Your progress is not only dependent on your exercise and nutrition- your brain is a big factor in whether you progress or not.
