Our back to school schedule begins Monday, August 26th! That’s tomorrow! The schedule below reflects the following changes:

  • Added Wednesday and Friday 7:15am classes
  • Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8:00am classes
  • Added Wednesday 4:00pm class
  • Added Thursday 6:30pm class

**PLEASE NOTE: On Labor Day (Monday, September 2nd) we will hold ONE COMMUNITY CLASS AT 8:30 AM for both Cross Fit and Boot Camp. This class is community style, so bring your friends and family!

Today’s Level Method Testing (and what’s coming the rest of the week)

A.) Flexibility; if previously tested, do the following two times:

  1. 2 min hip flexor stretch each side
  2. 2 min SMR lats each side
  3. 2 min straddle stretch

B.) Kettlebells or Running; if both previously tested, do the following 12 min AMRAP:

  1. 200m run
  2. 10 burpees → bodybuilders → bodybuilders 16″
  3. 15 Russian KBS 53/35 → 35/26 → 26/18
