Friends make fitness more fun than it already is! Every Monday is free trial day for our Boot Camp classes. Free trial classes are available to local first timers only. Classes are held in the new air conditioned space at 5:30 am, 9:30 am and 6:00 pm. See you there!

Strategy and Briefing: A technical movement in a Full Body Burn workout like “Isabel” makes things exceptionally difficult.  Make sure the entire 30-reps is crisp, with consistent technique.  Push the pace right from the start, but NOT in big sets. Quick singles will help you hold a consistent pace, except for snatches from the hang. Utilize a hook grip to reduce fatiguing. Any time you don’t have the bar in your hands, relax & take deep breaths.
