How long have you been a member at Loco?
A year and a half.
What is your favorite thing about being a member at Loco?
It is the only thing in my life that stayed stable during the pandemic. Loco has been my rock of support.
What group fitness offerings do you typically participate in at Loco? Do you have a favorite?
Crossfit and bootcamp.
How would you describe the community at Loco?
Loco is supportive of new people, not just new to the gym, but new to fitness. Everyone understands that we are all trying to do our best where we are.
What advice do you have for someone who is intimidated by group fitness?
I get where you are coming from. I have a been in and out of other gyms too. A lot of us have. Loco meets you where you are and all of the members are supportive of everyones fitness levels and abilities. We all started somewhere, and the goal is to improve.
Favorite music to sweat to?
Loud, with a distinct bass line.
Burpees, assault bike.
Least favorite movement/workout?
Running, box jumps
