What is your favorite thing about being a member at Loco?
Great coaching and programming that pulls me out of my comfort zone. Encouraging members.
What group fitness offerings do you typically participate in at Loco? Do you have a favorite? Discuss.
Mostly boot camp. I need to sprinkle in more CrossFit.
How would you describe the community at Loco?
Fun, encouraging, down to earth, real people.
What advice do you have for someone who is intimidated by group fitness?
Face your intimidation head on and do what makes you feel uncomfortable until it becomes comfortable. You’ll be glad you did.
Favorite music to sweat to?
Alternative (Pearl Jam, Incubus, RHCP, Audioslave, etc.)
Least favorite music to sweat to?
Anything with profanity. Garbage in, garbage out.

Box jumps

I’m a husband, father, singer/songwriter, and corporate professional currently residing in Summerville, SC. I am the Director of Technology at The Office People, the Southeast’s largest Business Technology Provider.
