PARK CIRCLE KIDSFIT

The primary emphasis of the Park Circle KidsFit classes is FUN!  Children will learn the fundamentals of movement in a safe and exciting way that will set them up for a lifetime of success.  

We build a culture of respect for ourselves and others while building confidence in basic movements. The goal of the program is to develop and improve character and general physical fitness to prepare kids to be safe and happy in sports and life in general! 

Kids will play games that will include jumping, running, skipping, pushing & pulling. 

NOTES

Parents can drop off or stay with their child. Parents must remain in the lobby of the gym if they choose to stay, they will be able to see their child from there.  Alternatively we offer a Reboot class at the same time, so parents and kids can workout simultaneously!
Please bring a water bottle for your child.  There are water fountains, too.
Kids should show up ready to go! Ideally, having eaten a minimum of 30-60 minutes prior to class and well hydrated. 

ATTIRE

Kids need to be in clothes they can move easily & comfortably in. Tennis shoes need to be worn.  Long hair should be pulled back and all jewelry removed before class.

Ages 5-10  – 30 min class – Open to 12 students.
4x a month = $67
8x a month = $97
