This sounds exciting, and it is, but not for the reasons you’re thinking ya freak. Your pelvic girdle takes a beating because it’s constantly under load. Anytime you’re standing your hips and pelvis are working hard to keep you upright and balanced. 

Oftentimes those muscles become overworked and tense leading to back pain, hip pain, and sometimes even foot pain. Making matters worse a lot of the musculature is not superficial, meaning we have to dig in a little to get to them.  Enter the Pelvic Smash.
