Join your LocoFam Friday, October 25th for a weekend of camping at Linville Falls Campground in North Carolina. We’ll have fun camping, hiking and bonding. Strategy and Briefing: This Breathe & Burn workout can be tough to pace. Start off conservative in the first round, to see how you feel — go faster/slower from there. Keep Front Squats & Muscleups unbroken if possible, but if you have to break, keep it to no more than two sets. Move consistently on the run, not rushed — recover here. Start the next set of Front Squats or Muscleups right after finishing the Run. Keep Breathing consistent with pacing — breathe at the top of Front Squat & Muscleup reps.
