Come for an hour of fitness and happiness with our HIIT Happy Hour! It will be an hour long Boot Camp class ending in a happy hour featuring our friends at Nippitaty Distillery who will be serving up their locally crafted gin. Trust me, it’s delicious!
This is a ONE TIME EVENT!
It’s open to the public and it’s going to be super awesome!

A.) “Parts Unknown”
4 min Buy-in:
- 15 Deadlifts 225/155
Then, AMRAP:
- 5 Toes to Bar
- 10 Pistols
- 2:00 Rest
Workout Goal: Finish
Level Consideration: Deadlift, N&C Endurance, Squat Endurance
Strategy and Briefing: Deep Burn workouts aren’t often split into intervals, so the pacing can be tricky. There should be immediate urgency to get the Deadlifts done at a strong pace. Be conscious of technique in order to sustain quick Deadlifts throughout. The round 3 Deadlifts will get significantly more difficult. During the AMRAP, keep the TTB unbroken. Move consistently through the Pistols. Don’t rush — there is “rest” before another set of TTB. Don’t treat these as 5 separate 4 minute AMRAP’s — look at the whole. Maintain a steady pace that’s sustainable over 5 rounds. This is a Deep Burn workout, but focused breathing will help your pace.
