Strategy and Briefing: Your posterior chain (glutes & hamstrings) are stressed in this Breathe & Burn workout. To reduce fatigue, break up the Deadlifts as needed from the start. Keep Box Jumps steady & consistent, to start the next set of Deadlifts right away. During rests, take deep breaths, and recover before starting your next set. This workout can get away from you if you are a little too eager. Take your time from the start and stick to a plan. Go to quick singles on the Deadlifts if needed.
