There IS a way to keep consistent with your training and fitness during summer vacation AND make your kids happy!
It’s all about having a system and a plan. Keep to a consistent time and schedule as much as possible, work out early to minimize the risk of your workout being chopped off the list, be flexible, and ask for help from your support system.
Involve your kids and your family in your training and explain your goals- make sure they know how important it is to you to stay fit!
