Every client at Locomotion has a unique prescription for exercise and nutrition.  The prescription is 100% derived on each client’s goals and budget.

After your No-Sweat Intro we’ll test your body composition using our InBody scanner, we need to set a baseline for your training.  Once we we have some data you’ll either start with our Foundations Program, Reboot classes, Yoga, or if group class isn’t your goal, you’ll begin seeing your coach for on-going Personal Training.

If a body composition shift is what you’re after, NUTRITION is the key piece to the puzzle.  Along with starting your new workout regime we’ll more than likely start dialing in your diet as well.  

We know that the first 100 days are make or break for many people starting a new fitness program.  Over this time period we’re going to set up a plan to give you TONS of ongoing support to ensure you’re successful with achieving your goals!

 Schedule a No Sweat Intro Your No Sweat Intro is a 20 minute 1-on-1 meeting where we will work together to create your customized plan. Every client at Locomotion has a unique prescription for exercise and nutrition.  The prescription is derived on each client’s goals and budget.

Get an InBody Body Compostion Scan

We test your body composition using our InBody scanner to set a baseline for your training and nutrition.  Once we we have some data you’ll either start with our Personal Training, Reboot classes,Yoga, or CrossFit.

If you want to lose fat or gain muscle, NUTRITION is the key piece to the puzzle.  Along with starting your new workout regime we’ll more than likely start dialing in your diet as well.

Start with Personal Training

Joining a gym can be intimidating. That’s why you’ll likely start your journey with 1-on-1 training. This is the best way to help you get comfortable, progress as quickly as possible, and get you ready for group classes.

Join Our Group Classes

Join Our Group Classes or continue Personal Training. Our classes are designed to help you build lean muscle and tone up while burning fat all at the same time. Every class is different so we’re sure to have something that’ll make coming to the gym fun.

Stay Accountable with Goal Setting Sessions

So you’re 4 weeks in and you’ve lost 5lbs of fat – now what? In your Goal Setting Sessions, you’ll map out the next steps of your fitness journey with your coach.

FOUNDATIONS

Our Foundations program is designed to allow athletes to build proper motor patterns through repetition and frequency.   You’ll Learn the foundations of strength training, conditioning work, nutrition, and gain an understanding of our culture and our “Why’s”.  Everything we do here is for a reason, and we want you to understand the big picture.

During 5 one-on-one training sessions with one of our head coaches you’ll build a solid base upon which we can continue to grow for years to come.  Once you graduate from the Foundations Program, you’ll be physically and mentally ready to start group classes OR continue with personal training.

SILVER FOUNDATIONS

Do you have a weight loss or body composition goal?  Are you looking to tone up or gain muscle?  NUTRITION is the key to making changes you can see in your body.  Silver Foundations combines our Foundations program with our Silver Nutrition Package.  Dial in your nutrition and get GUARANTEED RESULTS.

HIGH LEVEL OVERVIEW OF FOUNDATIONS

The emphasis of Foundations is on skill development and exposure to our basic movements. It is designed to prepare you to enter our ongoing group classes. We are going to be hammering technique-both to ensure your safety-and success at the next level.

  • We’ll introduce you to technique and mechanics first, then intensity.
  • We will be showing you movements that begin with the relatively non technical and progressively become more technical.
  • There will be a workout at the end of each day which will become more challenging as the course progresses.
  • The difficulty of these workouts is ultimately in your hands.  Each athlete comes to Locomotion with different goals and past experiences.  The workouts will be tailored to meet you at your current ability level. The class is called “Foundations” for a specific reason…we want to establish a solid base then ramp you up to the level of intensity and output that is inherent in our group classes.

TEST OUT

If you are already familiar with CrossFit methodologies and have trained in another certified location, you may be eligible for Locomotion Fitness’ Test-Out option. We offer a session with our trainers to review your fitness level and knowledge of CrossFit. If you are able to demonstrate competency in CrossFit movements, you may wish to consider this Test-Out opportunity.
