Strategy and Briefing:
Breathe workouts are about constant & consistent pacing for a long time. Keep the effort/HR around 70% the entire 40 minutes. Focus on deep breaths, to help hold this pace. Accumulate these reps/cals/distance in any order, to facilitate consistent movement. It can be hard to maintain focus for 40 minutes, but keep your head in the game and accumulate QUALITY EXPERIENCE!
