For those of you willing to switch your billing to a bank account draft (ACH) rather than a debit/credit card, know that you can do so easily through the ZenPlanner app!
  1. Open and log into the ZenPlanner app
  2. Click the 3 dots in the upper left-hand corner (next to your profile picture, if you’ve uploaded one)
  3. Click “View Profile”
  4. Click “Payment Methods”
  5. Click on the red “Add payment account” button
  6. Select the “e-Check” option
  7. Enter all bank-related information
  8. Save
