For those of you willing to switch your billing to a bank account draft (ACH) rather than a debit/credit card, know that you can do so easily through the ZenPlanner app!
- Open and log into the ZenPlanner app
- Click the 3 dots in the upper left-hand corner (next to your profile picture, if you’ve uploaded one)
- Click “View Profile”
- Click “Payment Methods”
- Click on the red “Add payment account” button
- Select the “e-Check” option
- Enter all bank-related information
- Save
