Loco Announcement:
August’s First Friday Feature Yoga is the detoxing practice of Hot Yoga.
Led by our beautiful Beth Cosi – and always appropriate for all-levels. This is a 75 min class that begins in a standing series and takes you through a deliberate 26 poses, ending in blissful savasana with a cool lavender towel draped over your brow. It really doesn’t get better than this.
Class starts at 6:15 pm
We have extra mats if you need one. 🙂

Strategy & Briefing
This rep scheme can be intimidating — a total of 84 Front Squat reps, but the correct approach can make any workout manageable. Break up big sets early — 2 sets for rounds 21-15. Go unbroken at the set of 12 — no sooner. Keep the Abmat Situps consistent, use this time as a rest so that you can get right into your next set of Front Squats. Again, tight technique will pay off huge in a workout like this. Keep a solid position through each rep — rushing through a set with poor form will hurt later. Stick to your plan and trust that it will carry you through — and finish strong.
