Today’s Level Method Testing
A. ) Deadlift
B.) Upper Body Push
C.) Upper/Lower Endurance
You have the option to retest this if you’ve already tested, or complete the following:
A.) 3×8 Deadlift (2 min rest between; build each set)
B.) Barbell Press 3 reps (OTM for 10 min)
C.) 6 RFT (rest 1 min in between):
- 200m Run
- 20 Pushups → 20″ Box Pushups → 30″ Box Pushups
- 10 Deadlifts 225/155 → 185/135 → 95/65
