Level Method is up and running in full force! Most of you have already completed your baseline assessments and have learned about your strengths as well as areas in which you could improve. If you haven’t completed all of your assessments, ask a coach to schedule a time to complete missing assessments.

Workout Goal: 5+ Rounds
Levels Consideration: Kettlebell, API
Strategy and Briefing: Shoulder fatigue will play a major role in this Breathe & Burn workout. Do up to 9 reps of the Kb Snatches, then rest before the last snatch to get into the OH Walking Lunges. Take a few deep breaths before starting each set — these movements are taxing on the lungs. Move quickly through the 100m run, but do NOT sprint. The 18 minutes for this workout is going to feel like a LONG time. Keep your round splits consistent and all movements smooth.
