Strategy and Briefing:
Grip & Core will feel the Burn in this Breathe & Burn workout. The Breathe will come from keeping a quick pace. Keep movement smooth & unbroken on both of Power Cleans & TtB — both are technically demanding, and should be respected. Take the time for perfect technique on each rep. Avoid down-time & take minimal rest between sets — chalk up & get to it. Use a hook grip on the Power Cleans throughout the entire workout.
