A.) Hang Power Snatch
1 Hang Power Snatch every 30 sec for 10 Minutes
Focus is on developing better snatch technique NOT on maxing out on anything super heavy. Make every rep PERFECT.
B.) Snatch Grip Deadlift
Snatch Grip Deadlift 3,3,3,3,3
Level Consideration: Weightlifting, Deadlift
Strategy and Briefing: Keep the every :30 work light and focus on perfect form. Go heavy on the snatch grip deadlift, but don’t let form go to crap. Make this more of a weightlifting pull (lower butt, taller chest in the setup) than a powerlifting deadlift.
Goal: Set a new PR!
