Red Band Warm-up

STRENGTH/SKILL WORK – Deadlifts

4 Working Sets of 8 Reps
Start with PVC, empty bar, then build to first working set

WORKOUT – TABATA Circuits

TABATA = :20 on/:10 off x 8 rounds, for a total of 4 minutes
