Did the flexibility assessment get you thinking maybe you need some yoga in your routine? Come get your zen on with our amazing instructor, Beth Cosi and learn what your body is capable of when you give it the love it deserves. Yoga is on Tuesdays at 7:00 pm and Sundays at 8:45 am in the new air conditioned space. If you want to incorporate yoga into your fitness regularly, email me at hannah@locomotionfit.com.

This Week’s Assessment Schedule:

Remember if you already hit the assessment listed you have 2 options. You can re-test if you weren’t happy with your score OR we will have an alternate workout for you guys to do:
Tuesday– Front Squat, Upper Body Pull, Lactic Tolerance
Wednesday– Run or Row
Thursday– Deadlift, Upper Body Push, Upper/Lower Endurance
Friday– Aerobic Power Intervals
Saturday– Make Up/Open Gym
