Group Class Reminders:

For May, we are on the HONOR system. You get 50% of the visits included in your normal monthly package.

Reserve your spot for a class as soon as you’re able, but please do not reserve unless you are 99.9% sure you will be able to attend.

You can register up to 7 days in advance; however, you will NOT be able to un-register. To do so, send an email to stephen@locomotionfit.com.

•5 Standard Push-Ups
•5 Wide Push-Ups
•5 Diamond Push-Ups
•5 Offset Push-Ups (R)
•5 Offset Push-Ups (L)
Use a box as needed/scale to 1-4 reps per set
WORKOUT
4 Rounds, 3:00 On/1:00 Off:
•20 Lateral Box Step-Ups
•15 Decline Push-Ups
•10 Dumbbell/Barbell Rows
Subsequent rounds will begin on the rep where you left off
