THE LEVEL METHOD APP IS LIVE!!!
Hey CrossFit team! The beta version of the Level Method app for Android and iOS is LIVE! No more having to remember a link and going to a website, HOORAY (you can continue to use the web app if you don’t want to download an app to your phone). It is still ultra basic right now, but there will be a lot of functionality coming online over the next few months. We’ll let you know as features get added.
Super Saturday is this Saturday, August 31st! Join your LocoFam for a fun filled day of bowling! We will be at The Alley in Charleston at 11:30 am. Friends and family are welcome! Please RSVP with how many people you will be bringing so we know how many lanes to reserve. See you there!
Today’s Level Method
A.) Weightlifting; or if previously tested, complete the following based on your Level:
- 3×3 Power Clean
- 3×8 Hang Power Clean
- 3×15 Kettlebell Swings
B.) Make up any missed tests; or complete the following 15 min AMRAP:
- 15 Box Jumps with Step Down
- 15 American KB Swings 53/35 → 35/26 → 26/18
- 15 Wallballs 20/14 → 14/10 → 10/4
