Squats & Burpees are a potent combination, especially in this time domain because of the need to move fast. Start this Full Body Burn workout at a fast pace, and expect it to hurt. Keep Front Squat reps crisp & unbroken — get right into the Burpees after each set. Getting a rhythm on the Burpees will set the pace and help breathing. Be sure that you are constantly breathing throughout this workout, or the fast pace will not be sustainable.
