LOCO ANNOUNCEMENT
A HUGE CONGRATULATIONS TO AMANDA A. ON LEVELING UP THIS WEEK!!!
Thanks for paving the way for your comrades Amanda! This moment (pictured below) is one of the biggest reasons we have chosen to invest our energy and efforts in the Level Method. Level Method allows your coaches you to assess your current (baseline) performance as well as realistic goals to work towards in order to improve your overall fitness. Remember those SMART goals we talk about all the time? Level Method is a fantastic tool that basically has it preinstalled for you. (Hold please while I hit my ‘Easy’ button.)
We’ve also had a few of you (see below) finish your baseline assessments and receive your baseline levels this week! Welcome to the fun show. If you’re feeling a tinge of envy because you haven’t finished your baseline assessment, hit up a coach to schedule a good make up time. Personal training sessions are also available if you need to finish them outside of a class time. You won’t regret doing it!

Strategy and Briefing: Our Breathe & Burn workout today is long and tough, but remembering the WHY will be motivating. Never Forget Our Heroes. Break up the HSPU early to get through them as fast as possible. In the 9 rounds, break up the Pullups into 2 sets, to avoid fatiguing too early. Move consistently through the other movements — no rush here. Be as efficient as possible. Keep a steady pace on the Run until the last 400m, then you can push it. Keep breathing in rhythm with running, to facilitate pace.
