YOGA

Every class will be reflective of the bodies in the room and will consist of yoga postures and stretches as well as breathwork to challenge and restore the body and mind.

OUR MISSION

We offer 2 types of classes at Locomotion.

Tuesday’s we have a restorative practice, designed to help you unwind and relax.

On Saturday’s we have a HOT Yoga practice, designed to make you sweat and tone.

Why Yoga at Locomotion?

Every class will be reflective of the bodies in the room and will consist of yoga postures and stretches as well as breathwork to challenge and restore the body and mind. Our Teacher, Beth Cosi, will be using elements of Yin Yoga and Hot Yoga as well as deep therapeutic stretches to target the connective tissues; such as ligaments, bones, and even joints of the body.
