Our Yoga practice is designed to help you unwind and relax while helping you feel better in your body and mind.

Our classes are anchored in Postures; Mantra; Drisht; and Breath.  They include flexibility and mobility to help improve your fitness and live a healthy pain free life!

Why Yoga at Locomotion?

Every class will be reflective of the bodies in the room and will consist of yoga postures and stretches as well as breathwork to challenge and restore the body and mind. Our Teacher, Beth Cosi, will be using elements of Yin Yoga and Hot Yoga as well as deep therapeutic stretches to target the connective tissues; such as ligaments, bones, and even joints of the body.

Sunday mornings at 845am (1 Hour)

Tuesday nights at 7pm (1 Hour)

These 60 minute classes are Hatha based and designed with the bodies in the room in mind. “What do YOU need to work on today?”

Hot Yoga 26

The benefits of a Bikram- style Yoga (26-posture) practice are plentiful! You will lose weight. You will gain lean-muscle. You will have better focus, balance and range of motion. You will sweat your ass off. And you’ll LOVE it. It’s addictive!

Beth Cosi is an Entrepreneur, Innovator and Yoga Teacher. Her passion is helping others to feel more empowered and comfortable in their bodies through the practice of Yoga and breath work. Her gifts are bringing people together by celebrating community and connecting unlikely pairs, like beer + yoga and boardrooms + breath.

She is a full-time yoga instructor since 2010, with classes in Corporate spaces, breweries and community venues. Beth is the Founder of Bendy Brewski Yoga, which the NYTimes herald the country’s first Yoga and Beer collaboration.

Beth is certified in Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Yoga as Medicine/Senior Yoga and is Level 2 trained in Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy. She has enjoyed being student to Baron Baptiste, Kathryn Budig, Sarah Powers, Michael Lee and many other amazing teachers and guides. Beth spends her time enjoying her family, mentoring entrepreneurs and teachers, and growing three businesses-Bendy Brewski Yoga, Beth Cosi Yoga, and Rodan + Fields Skincare. When she is not working, she’s most likely enjoying an IPA at a local brewery or on her back deck! Born in Memphis, calling Charleston home since 2000.
